"I had to get in touch..."
I had to get in touch with Hoover customer service about my order, it wasn’t awful or anything. It just took a while. The first reply didn’t come for a couple of days, and I ended up having to explain the problem twice, which was a bit frustrating. They did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish the replies had been a little faster and clearer.

"Kind of a pain to clean"
I thought it would be easy to rinse out, but honestly, well, maybe not terrible, just more annoying than I expected. It takes a bit of extra effort to get it fully clean

"Decent suction, but the big claims feel a little fuzzy"
The suction is good overall, and it handles dust, crumbs, and everyday messes on my hard floors without much trouble. On carpet, it’s okay too, but pet hair definitely needs a few extra passes, which gets a bit annoying.

I wouldn’t say it’s bad, just not as impressive as I was expecting. The description made it sound like it would power through tougher spots, but that promise felt vague once I actually used it. It works fine for normal cleaning, but don’t expect miracles.

"Still waiting, not gonna lie"
Not gonna lie, I’m frustrated. My order still hasn’t shown up, and the delivery never came.

"Started off okay, but didn’t hold up"
At first, the vacuum worked well and I thought it was going to be a solid buy. But after a few months, it started losing suction, and some of the parts feel really cheap. It also seems like it was handled carelessly before it got to me, because a couple pieces didn’t feel as sturdy as they should’ve. It’s not completely useless, but for the price, I expected it to last longer and feel more reliable.

"Warranty return was fine, but the delays were annoying"
The warranty return got handled in the end, so I can’t say it was a total mess. It just took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t very helpful. What bugged me most was getting the same canned apology over and over instead of a real explanation. Glad it’s done, but the process could definitely be smoother.
